Certain individuals owning land in Forsyth County have caused a sub-division map to be placed on record in the Forsyth County Courthouse, such map being named Shattalon Lake Estates, Section 1, and said map is recorded in Plat Book 21, page 23 in the Forsyth County Register of Deeds’ office. There is shown on said map a lake area, such lake area is known on the Forsyth County Tax maps, as presently constituted, as Lot No. 200, Block No. 3631, Oldtown Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is the intention and purpose of the developers of the property known as Section 1 of the Shattalon Lake Estates to give every person buying a lot in said sub-division rights to use the lake as shown on the map recorded in the Register of Deed’s office. This Non-Profit Corporation is formed in order to hold title to the lake, to develop and beautify the same, and to make rules and regulations regarding the use of said lake and surrounding properties shown on said map as the lake area.
